ALLAYA LLOYD serves as the senior paralegal and probate paralegal for The Law Office of Lewis J. Saret. Joining the firm in May 2012, Ms. Lloyd has had extensive experience in handling probate administrations and routinely interacts with probate court officials for the filings of petitions, inventories, accounts and other probate documents. Additionally, she works with clients on estate planning and tax controversy matters. Ms. Lloyd also is a Managing Associate Editor for the firm’s online journal of wealth management and regularly assists in the drafting and research of articles, blogs and other publications released by the firm.
Ms. Lloyd graduated magna cum laude from Georgetown University, receiving a B.A. in Government with honors. Prior to joining the firm, she worked as a research and program intern for the American Bar Association’s Rule of Law Initiative.
